Pacific Gas and Electric Company Project Manager: Jennifer Farquhar Date: 2003 - Present Albion entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Pacific Gas and Electric Company to provide a wide range of cultural resource services. PG&E uses the MSA to contract both large and small efforts. To date, Albion has completed or is in the process of completing twelve separate task orders (Contract Work Authorizations or CWAs). These have included archaeological testing, consultation with Native Americans, and to a large extent, monitoring PG&E's construction projects. Albion has worked in all parts of PG&E's service territory, from the Mohave Desert, west to Morro Bay, the Bay Area, and as far north as Alturas and Modoc counties. Recent assignments have include coordination with the Ohlone community to provide a monitor for a pipeline project on the San Francisco Peninsula, archaeological monitoring support for a pipeline project in the Hunters Point area of San Francisco, and monitoring for an "undergrounding" project in Moro Bay, where overhead lines were placed in underground conduits.
