City of Hillsborough Sewer Pipeline Construction Monitoring, San Mateo County
Project Manager: Jack Barclay
Date: 2002 - 2003

This project has consisted of monitoring sewer pipeline replacement through a sensitive riparian area in the City of Hillsborough. Monitoring followed the requirements in a USFWS Biological Opinion because the project site contained habitat for California red-legged frogs and San Francisco garter snakes. We conducted daily preconstruction surveys, environmental fence monitoring, compliance monitoring of project environmental requirements and construction worker environmental training
