Mitigation Planning, Construction Monitoring and Compliance Mitigation is an important outcome of resource evaluation and management. Albion has worked with a variety of agencies to develop workable means of managing the effects of project development. Albion's team of planners regularly works under the National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, and local regulations.
For cultural resources, Albion specializes in the preparation of Section 106 based Memoranda of Agreement, Evaluation and Data Recovery Plans, Treatment Plans, Burial Treatment and Native American Participation Plans, among others.
