 Mitigation Planning, Construction Monitoring and Compliance Cultural Resource Monitoring, Stream Maintenance Project Project Manager: Jennifer Farquhar Date: 2003 Albion entered into an on-call cultural resource monitoring services agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD). The SCVWD maintains hundreds of miles of developed water service, which it maintains and often expands to meet the development needs of the Santa Clara Valley. Albion completed a total of twelve monitoring assignments, ranging from a few days to a few weeks. Most of these efforts were for expanded service in sensitive areas and maintenance of facilities at stream crossings, (i.e. areas that are almost always considered sensitive for cultural resources). Many of these assignments were on-call and sporadic, requiring Albion to have staff that were familiar with the projects available at all times.
